Each quote differs depending on location and travel, but the average cost for a Micro Wedding (under 3 hours) is $1500-2000.

Full Day Coverage (6+ hours) starts at $3500

Client Covers in Total Price:

Round Trip ticket to the destination area.
2 nights stay lodging (1 night prior to the event and the night of the event)
Rental Car (2 days)

I cover:

Gas / Tolls / Meals / Other Expenses
Any extra night accommodations or lodging if I intend to prolong the trip

Details:

I arrive at the destination area at least 1 full day before the wedding.

i.e., A Saturday wedding would be a Friday morning arrival.

In the event of unforeseen circumstances or delays, while traveling, an extra day of travel is available as a backup.

I will stay until at least Sunday morning – unless we plan on doing the bonus session the next day.

Typically, I will travel around the area after the wedding so we can discuss my exact travel plans and dates.
